Stunt woman, athlete, coach, actress, fitness model…

About Daisy

Eleven years ago I was a keen runner but kept getting injured because I had no muscle strength or flexibility. I found the remedy in yoga and Calisthenics (body weight training). This experience changed the course of my life which is why I share my love of movement and physical wellbeing with as many people as possible. Since overcoming my injuries I’ve gone on to compete for Great Britain in the triathlon world championships and complete a 100-mile ultra-marathon in the Pyrenees.

A charity I founded to inspire, enable and empower girls and women to get stronger together and pull up towards life challenges.

Stunt training

I have almost completed my training to become a qualified stunt woman. I have passed four of the required six disciplines: swimming, scuba-diving, rock-climbing and kick-boxing. And I hope to complete trampolining and gymnastics this year. I will then be able to join the British Stunt Register.

Fitness Modelling

lululemon

I’m fortunate to be a lululemon global ambassador and have partnerships with a range of other purposeful brands.
